He has complementing competencies in governance, strategy operationalisation, management of change, and has deep knowledge and expertise across the constituent components of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) / Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S). 

His wide-ranging exposure has made him aware of the nuanced requirements of various industries and organisational functions, which has given him invaluable insights into an array of cultures, personality types and working arrangements. All of this combines to allow him to formulate the best approaches for the effective adoption of appropriate risk and resilience management practices.
